CareCub is currently provided as a FREE service with no paid subscriptions or premium features.However, this policy covers any future paid services or features that may be introduced.
Future Paid Services: Should we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium services, all sales will be final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
1. Current Free Service
CareCub is currently offered as a FREE service. There are no subscription fees, premium features, or paid services at this time. All core functionality including feeding tracking, sleep monitoring, diaper logging, and data synchronization is provided at no cost.
Future Paid Services Policy
Should we introduce paid features in the future, ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.CareCub, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") will operate under a strict no-refund policy for any future products, services, subscriptions, and purchases.
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that any future purchases will be subject to:
- No entitlement to refunds, credits, or reimbursements
- All payments being non-refundable regardless of circumstances
- Full responsibility for purchase decisions
- Acceptance of this refund policy before any future purchases
2. Future Subscription Services
Currently, there are no subscription services or recurring billing.However, should we introduce premium subscriptions in the future, the following terms will apply:
- No refunds for partial periods: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, no prorated refunds will be issued
- No refunds for unused time: Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for remaining subscription time
- Immediate cancellation: You may cancel future billing, but current charges are non-refundable
- Auto-renewal charges: All automatic renewal charges are final and non-refundable
Advance Notice: We will provide clear notice before introducing any paid features or subscriptions, including pricing and billing terms.
3. Future Billing and Purchase Policy
Currently, there are no purchases or billing. However, should we introduce paid features, we will not provide refunds for:
- Accidental purchases or unintended subscriptions
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized purchases made by family members or children
- Purchases made due to misunderstanding of features or pricing
- Technical issues during the purchase process
User Responsibility: When paid features are introduced, it will be your responsibility to verify all purchase details before completing transactions, secure your payment methods, and monitor billing statements.
4. Service Quality and Technical Issues
No refunds will be provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with service quality or features
- Technical difficulties or service outages
- Data loss or synchronization issues
- Compatibility problems with your devices
- Changes to service features or functionality
- Discontinuation of the service
5. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments processed through third-party services (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, etc.) are subject to their respective refund policies. However:
- We do not guarantee refunds even if third-party policies allow them
- We will not advocate for refunds on your behalf with payment processors
- Any refunds granted by third parties are at their sole discretion
- We reserve the right to terminate service access if chargebacks are initiated
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
CHARGEBACK CONSEQUENCES
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account and service access
- Permanent ban from using our services
- Legal action to recover costs and damages
- Reporting to credit agencies and fraud prevention services
By using our service, you agree to resolve any billing disputes directly with us before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
7. Refund Liability Limitations
COMPLETE REFUND LIABILITY EXCLUSION
CareCub SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER for any refund-related claims, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses due to non-refundable purchases
- Opportunity costs or alternative service expenses
- Emotional distress from denied refund requests
- Business interruption due to payment disputes
- Legal fees related to chargeback proceedings
- Credit score impacts from payment disputes
ZERO REFUND LIABILITY: $0 (NO DAMAGES PAYABLE)
IN NO EVENT SHALL CARECUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY REFUND-RELATED DAMAGES.This exclusion applies regardless of the reason for refund denial and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Legal Jurisdiction and Disputes
Any disputes related to refunds, billing, or payments shall be resolved through binding arbitration as specified in our Terms of Service. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits related to refund claims.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any policy changes.
